How do I place an order?
Contact me and we can have a chat about your requirements.
I will work out a no obligation quote and send you some leather samples.

When I've received your deposit (or full payment if your order is under £175) I'll book you in and confirm your start date (which we will have discussed). I will give you an estimated completion date and set up a webpage for you detailing your order.
When I've finished making your leather roses I will upload pictures. Any final balance then becomes due.
YOUR ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL I RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT.

When should I order?
I will accept bookings up to a year in advance.

There is only one of me and I can only take on about 25 large wedding orders each year. I have a work diary and slots are available on a "1st come, 1st served" basis.

I can be more flexible with smaller requirements which I can usually fit in around other orders.


I've left it very late what should I do?
Get in touch, I'll help out if I can!

How much deposit do I have to pay?
If your order value is more than £175 I will need a 50% deposit. The final balance will become due when the work is finished.

If you are booking less than 6 weeks before I'm due to start work, or your total order value is less than £175, I will need payment in full with your order.

How I pay?
UK customers - Telephone payment by Credit or Debit card, cheque, Paypal or cash on collection
International customers - I will send you a paypal invoice

What happens if I change my mind?
You can make changes/additions to your order up to 6 weeks before I am due to start work.
If you cancel your order more than 6 weeks before I'm due to start work I will refund your deposit less £25 to cover my costs.
If you cancel your order less than 6 weeks before I'm due to start work your deposit is non refundable.

Can I see you at any wedding shows?
Because I can only take on about 20 wedding orders each year it is not cost effective for me to book expensive stands at wedding shows - I'm sure you would rather I kept my prices down!
